Legal Information

  • Price and availability subject to change without notice. 
  • We reserve the right not to sell under cost. 
  • Offers only while stocks last.
  • All Products come standard with one year manufacturers’ warranty unless otherwise stated.
  • No goods will be accepted for return, refund or credit after 7 days from the date of invoice. 
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply on most returned items. 
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs to any product whilst in transit to us. 
  • Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier. 
  • The product must be in new, unused, and 100% unworn condition with all the original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Any seals must not be broken. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their cost. 
  • We are not responsible for any personal harm or injury that may result from using a product purchased through us.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss or business downtime whatsoever that may result from using a product purchased through us.

Special Orders “No Return” Items

Please note that special orders have no return policy. Special orders are items that were requested and especially ordered because they were requested.

Returning For Credit

Goods returned within the warranty period that are not repairable or have become obsolete will be replaced with a similar model or given a refund for their “current market value” due to the nature of computer industry.

Under ACCC guidelines for refunds of goods under warranty claims – specifically the ACCC quotes as follows: “If the goods being returned have had a fair amount of use then you may be entitled to a partial refund only or to repair the product instead”

Defective items within the DOA period of 7 days, take 2-7 business days for us to return to supplier and ship the replacement item to you. Defective items returned for warranty after the DOA period generally take 1-4 weeks depending on supplier and or brand/product to be sent back to the manufacturer for repair / replacement.

Please also note that incompatibility or less than expected performance is NOT a fault. We cannot ensure what you purchased is compatible with what you have existing.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact one of our sales service staff immediately. Please note that once an order has left distribution, it regrettably cannot be cancelled.

Non Collection of goods

We will try to contact you to inform the goods are ready to collect where possible.
Ordered goods will be held for a maximum of two working weeks unless otherwise arranged, if goods aren’t collected within this timeframe the goods will be returned to stock and or supplier to be resold.
